About the role

We are looking for a warm, engaged, and service-oriented person who wants to take care of our conference guests – from the first welcome to the last cup of coffee.

You will: -Welcome guests with a genuine smile -Be their safe point during their stay -Ensure that everything runs smoothly -Provide that little extra that makes them go home saying: “That was one of the best conferences we’ve ever attended.”

Our conference guests are very important to us. They choose to spend their time, meetings, and important decisions here – and we want their experience at Ekerum to be top-notch. Therefore, we are looking for someone who understands the value of personal service and genuine care.

Who are you? Perhaps you have: -Retired or taken a break from working life -Started to miss the community and meeting people -A natural talent for service -A genuine interest in making others feel good

You love to: -Chat over coffee -Solve small problems before they even become problems -Be where the action is

And yes – this is also a job where you need to be active. This means: -Long days on your feet -Sometimes rearranging a room before or after a conference
